Primrose Holiday Cottage, Suffolk
Self catering cottage in Swilland, sleeps 6-7
Primrose Cottage is a very pretty detached Victorian house which was formerly two cottages. A perfect holiday retreat, it has been lovingly restored and furnished to a high standard with hand painted silk curtains in the living room. The interior has been designed in such a way as to offer all the benefits of modern facilities without losing the character and style of the period.
This delightful holiday cottage provides comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 7 people and is ideally located for exploring rural and coastal Suffolk, while still being within easy reach of Ipswich and Stowmarket. It is situated 7 miles north of Ipswich in the heart of the country, surrounded by lovely views and public footpaths along the fields where you can walk for miles.
The house is set back from the road and is surrounded by 1.5 acres of well maintained and established gardens. There are 8 delightful garden rooms, each one unique and intriguing. A gardener's paradise.
When you arrive at Primrose Cottage, the holiday immediately begins the second you walk through the gates. The cottage is warm and the fire is made up ready to set a match to. There is also a welcome hamper full of home-made locally sourced food.
